I had 3 carp to 13lb 6oz last Sunday afternoon from peg 28, all taken in fish meal boilies. They are feeding, but I suspect they’re concentrated in low pressure areas

I had a session on Wednesday water temp still very cold not much moving with regards silvers. I had one Carp of around 6lb taking a hair rigged sweetcorn this was early afternoon as it warmed up. Hopefully as the weather warms this will raise the water temp.
There was a number of cormorants flying and landing in the morning.

hi there had a couple of bream myself from mcgregor onfriday,unlike Micks fish they really ripped the tip round.They went about 4lb and fell to red maggot and pinkie.

I have had 3 very short sessions this week on the Ivel and accounted for a total of 9 Chub all around the 3lb to 5lb mark. Have to agree the Ivel looks cracking at the moment. I think we all could all do with some warm weather though.

Thank you, I’m hoping that now its only 2 rods it will be a bit easier without so many lines in the water. I have a few new ideas to try out this year hopefully I will be down for a couple of days next week to try them out
