Fly fishing Paul shows how its done at Swan Lake

Paul Daniels has been adopting a novel way of catching pike at Swan Lake, fly fishing. In recent weeks, Paul has caught several pike using this method ranging from small jacks up to double-figured specimens. Nigel Cleaver was back at the lake for another session where he landed a 23lb 6oz mirror carp plus a couple of smaller ones weighing 13lb and 16lb. His big fish fell to tiger nuts whilst the smaller ones were caught on boilies. Pete Housden reported catching a 28lb 6oz mirror carp from the lake too. Pete and his fishing companion had baited heavily with boilies but no further fish were caught during the visit.
