Membership Renewal

The Easter Weekend has delivered a number of requests from existing Members regarding their Book renewal. Below is the original post from February 18th. You have about five weeks to complete the process, and after the closing date, your membership will be considered as “lapsed”. USE IT OR LOSE IT…….

For the upcoming 2021/22 season, the club are looking to offer existing ‘day’ members the opportunity to re-join the club before the books go onto general sale. To re-apply for next season the process is as follows:

  1. Cut the front cover off of this years club book and write the BOOK NUMBER found on the inside of the back page onto it
  2. Either enclose a cheque or pay by bank transfer to the account below – subscription rates are on the Web Page/ Facebook
  3. Include a current passport style photo of yourself and stamp addressed envelope (SAE) with your return address
  4. Post everything required to the Membership Secretary – 43 Kimble Drive, Bedford, MK41 9SX.

Once payment has cleared and the books become available, your new book will be posted out to you.

Deadline for existing members to re-new by this process is Friday 14th May 2021.
